About the Role

Digital Compass is seeking a Digital Growth & Marketing Specialist to strengthen our market presence, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable digital growth.

This role will lead SEO, AI-driven search visibility, website performance, digital campaigns, analytics, and market positioning, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Solutions, and technology partners.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, SEO, demand generation, or B2B marketing.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, analytics, and search strategy.
• Understanding of AI-powered search, AEO, GEO, and generative search.
• Experience developing measurable B2B digital campaigns.
• Experience with websites/CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical offerings into compelling marketing.
• Self-starter who can balance strategy, analysis, and execution.

Platforms & Tools:

Experience with some combination of: Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, AI-search/GEO tools, and generative AI platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in VAR, MSP, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or IT services.
• Experience marketing technology to government and commercial buyers.
• Familiarity with major technology ecosystems such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Google Cloud, Dell, HPE, or Broadcom/VMware.
• Experience with ABM or OEM/channel marketing.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in an office or standard business environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use may be required.
