Job summary

Fountainhead Group is seeking a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to support and optimize our digital presence across websites, e-commerce platforms, social media, and online marketplaces.

Reporting to the Digital & E-Commerce Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate product content, creating engaging digital assets, supporting online marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistent customer experiences across all digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, content management, or digital merchandising.
• Knowledge of SEO and e-commerce best practices.
• Experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, or industrial sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize product content across website, e-commerce, marketplace, and retailer product content.
• Support new product launches by ensuring accurate product information, digital assets, and online merchandising across all channels.
• Create and manage digital content, including product pages, graphics, promotional materials, videos, and social media content.
• Improve online visibility through SEO best practices and AI-driven search optimization.
• Coordinate content and engagement across social media platforms and support digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor website, campaign, and e-commerce performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Track online reviews and customer feedback to enhance brand reputation and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and E-Commerce teams to support growth initiatives and customer engagement.
