Job summary

SmartRent is seeking a Digital Growth Director to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital campaigns. You’ll architect the tech stack—Pardot/SFMC, ZoomInfo, CMS, LinkedIn—and ensure messages reach the right audience at the right time.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, enablement, design and web teams to build high-performing assets, nurture programs, and dashboards that measure ROI, pipeline, and CPA. This role operates in a hybrid US environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years in Demand Generation or Growth Digital Marketing in a B2B SaaS or Multifamily environment.
3–5 years with Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud); SEO and tag optimization; Salesforce CRM.
Proven ability to manage $40,000+ monthly budgets on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and programmatic networks.
Proficiency with ZoomInfo for list building, intent monitoring, and data enrichment.
Comfort with AB testing and multi-touch attribution models; ability to brief design and web teams clearly.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (Search, Social, Display, Email).
Build, test, and deploy lead-nurture programs and transactional emails within Pardot/SFMC.
Utilize ZoomInfo and Salesforce CRM to identify high-intent accounts and fresh prospects; support Sales with pipeline.
Direct-buy and manage campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and major digital ad networks; optimize for conversions.
Track full funnel; report on ROI, conversion rates, and CPA using Salesforce dashboards.
Maintain data integrity across ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Salesforce to ensure seamless lead routing.

Job Description

SmartRent is seeking a Digital Growth Director for our organization. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital campaigns, from initial conception and audience segmentation to campaign flight and performance attribution.

While you’ll have a design team to bring your visual concepts to life, you are the architect. You will own the pipes (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot), the fuel (ZoomInfo), and the engines (CMS, LinkedIn & Digital Networks) to ensure our message reaches the right person at the right time.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (Search, Social, Display, and Email).
Build, test, and deploy lead-nurture programs and transactional emails within Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Utilize ZoomInfo and Salesforce CRM to identify high-intent accounts and fresh prospects, ensuring the Sales team has a steady stream of qualified pipeline.
Direct-buy and manage campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and major digital ad networks, optimizing for conversion.
Track the full funnel. You’ll be responsible for reporting on campaign ROI, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) using Salesforce dashboards.
Maintain the integrity of data flowing between ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Salesforce to ensure seamless lead routing.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Digital Marketing in a B2B SaaS or Multifamily environment.
3-5 years of hands-on experience specifically within Pardot aka Salesforce Marketing Cloud. (Trailhead certifications are a plus). Proficiency in tag, keyword and SEO best practices, optimization and management. Experience using Salesforce CRM.
Proven track record of managing $40,000+ monthly budgets on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and programmatic display networks.
High proficiency in ZoomInfo (Marketing & SalesOS) for list building, intent monitoring, and database enrichment.
You don't just export data; you interpret it. You should be comfortable with A/B testing frameworks and multi-touch attribution models.
Experience working alongside marketing, sales, enablement, graphic and web designers to provide clear briefs that result in high-performing assets.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working for a SaaS company or tech startup with enterprise solutions.
Experience in Property Management, Real Estate Technology, or Multifamily vendor marketing.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and pipeline generation.
