Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Global Cybersecurity GRC professional to deliver risk management and compliance services across Digital lines. The role collaborates with Digital partners to ensure regulatory alignment and proper governance throughout the SDLC, change management, and audits.

Responsibilities include supporting audits, maintaining records, and driving improvement in process effectiveness. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; OR associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working through a highly matrixed organization to support and drive key initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to define problems and present options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver risk management and compliance services to assigned Digital lines.
• Participate in routine reporting on the state of compliance.
• Review and approve SDLC or change management deliverables.
• Support audits and inspections and remediation tracking.
• Monitor Digital process execution to identify continual improvement opportunities.
