Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Director, Digital Audit, Inspection & Continuous Improvement to lead CGRC services across Digital lines, partnering with senior leaders to implement a comprehensive compliance strategy based on risk. This role ensures proactive controls, remediation for audit gaps, and continuous improvement of global compliance processes.

This position reports directly, supports audits/inspections, and champions process efficiency and robust control execution within the Digital domain, working in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience in pharma/biotech industries.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization to drive key initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to define problems and provide options to address compliance gaps.
• Experience implementing controls aligned to regulatory compliance (GMP, GxP, SOX) and privacy/security laws.

Responsibilities

• Guide and align CGRC strategies with regulations and technologies.
• Develop and manage a repeatable Compliance strategy for Digital and related tech areas.
• Lead governance frameworks and operating models to drive risk decisions.
• Provide CGRC consultancy to colleagues on regulatory compliance for technology solutions.
• Oversee audits and inspections, remediation actions, and program/project alignment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and performance reporting for compliance.
• Coordinate with Digital lines leadership and external partners to address regulatory requirements.
