Job summary

IKEA is seeking a creative graphic designer to shape in-store and online marketing visuals. You will design digital assets for websites, social channels, and emails, while ensuring consistency with IKEA's brand across multiple formats and screens.

Join a fast-paced retail team and contribute to banners, signage, and printed materials. A strong portfolio and experience with Adobe Creative Suite are essential, with physical readiness for a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and pre-press production tools.
• Install banners & signages throughout the store.
• 3D printing background preferred.
• Associate's degree in Graphic Design or similar preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and marketing design work.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• A passion for home furnishing, retailing, design and how people live at home.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Enthusiastic about assignments and working with others in a team.
• Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, online advertising, and other marketing channels.
• Create and optimize digital graphics for various screen sizes and platforms.
• Executes department graphic communication action plan to grow the business and increase profitability.
• Produces and installs graphic banner communications throughout the store in line with the IKEA concept and visual brand identity.
• Ensures the implementation of graphic communication is cost-efficient, and supports the company's sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborates with leadership to design store-specific printed materials.
• Remains up to date on graphic communication and retail trends.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full‑timeBENEFITS ELIGIBLE? YesHOURS – 34-40 hours per week. Retail environment.
