Job summary

IKEA Paramus seeks a part-time graphic designer to execute in-store communication that aligns with the IKEA concept and visual brand identity.

You will produce and install graphic materials, collaborate with leadership, and stay current on retail graphic trends while supporting sustainability initiatives. This role offers meaningful work with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Associate's degree in Graphic Design or similar preferred.

• Executes department graphic communication action plan to grow the business and increase profitability.
• Produces and installs graphic communications throughout the store in line with the IKEA concept and visual brand identity.
• Ensures the implementation of graphic communication is cost-efficient, and supports the company's sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborates with leadership to design store-specific printed materials.
• Remains up to date on graphic communication and retail trends.

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time

HOURS – 12-20 hours per week. Must be able to work at least 3 days a week from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00AM to 3:00PM. Some weekdays are required.

The hourly pay rate range for this role is $23.23 - $26.71
