Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, online advertising, and other marketing channels.
• Create and optimize digital graphics for various screen sizes and platforms.
• Executes department graphic communication action plan to grow the business and increase profitability.
• Produces and installs graphic communications throughout the store in line with the IKEA concept and visual brand identity.
• Ensures the implementation of graphic communication is cost-efficient, and supports the company's sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborates with leadership to design store-specific printed materials.
• Remains up to date on graphic communication and retail trends.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full-time

BENEFITS ELIGIBLE? Yes

HOURS – 34-40 hours per week. Retail environment. Must have complete open working availability Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00AM to 3:00PM. Some weekends are required.

The hourly pay rate range for this role is $23.23 - $26.71
