Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Sr. Manager, Privacy and Digital Governance to shape the future of our global digital ecosystem. You will build and lead enterprise governance and privacy programs, enabling scalable, privacy-first digital experiences across global markets.

You will partner with Privacy, Legal, Technology, and Marketing to monitor regulations and trends, translating insights into scalable strategies and operating models that strengthen customer trust and activate first-party data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, Digital Experience, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, digital governance, digital operations, marketing technology, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated achievement in building or maturing an enterprise capability, program or operating model from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

Lead development and evolution of enterprise web governance standards, policies, and best practices.
Own the global digital privacy strategy for Marketing and scalable governance practices.
Own the enterprise decision framework and intake process for new websites and digital experiences.
Partner with global and regional digital leaders to balance enterprise standards with local needs.
Drive adoption of digital health standards through training and governance forums.
Act as the corporate expert on digital marketing privacy and consent strategies.
Conduct website audits and scorecard assessments for health and quality of digital properties.
