Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-year mechanical/technical education preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attendance and flexibility for overtime.
• Strong English communication, reading instructions, and math basics.
• Organized with multitasking ability; able to train peers and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printers, silkscreen equipment, and heat-treating furnaces per SOPs.
• Ensure printed glass meets quality specs while minimizing downtime.
• Perform quick setup and teardown for printing jobs.
• Maintain ink supplies and equipment cleanliness; comply with EPA/PCA rules.
• Provide direction to support staff and assist training of new team members.
• Complete daily production documentation and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
• Assist with glass loading and seaming and participate in process improvements.
• Follow safety protocols for handling solvents, paints, and wastes.
