Qualifications

• Experience with power and hand tools; computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital printers, silkscreen equipment, and heat-treating furnaces per SOPs.
• Ensure printed glass meets quality specs while minimizing downtime.
• Perform setup and teardown procedures for printing jobs.
• Maintain ink supplies and equipment cleanliness; comply with EPA/PCA requirements.
• Provide direction to support staff and train new team members.
• Complete daily documentation and ensure shift handoffs.
• Assist with related production tasks such as glass loading and seaming.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety protocols handling solvents, paints, and waste.

This role is responsible for operating digital and silkscreen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed glass while ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance with established production schedules.
