Job summary

Longeviti LLC is seeking a Digital Forensic Examiner with an active TS clearance and SCI eligibility, five or more years of experience, to support NCIS in Great Lakes, IL. The role requires proficiency with Cellebrite UFED4PC/Physical Analyzer, FTK and/or OSForensics, and relevant certifications.

You will provide detailed forensic examinations, testify in court as SME, train staff, and test new investigative tools while ensuring data integrity and chain of custody.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of digital forensics experience with Cellebrite UFED4PC/Physical Analyzer.
• Proficiency with FTK and/or OSForensics.
• Experience with Windows, Linux/Unix, and macOS.
• Strong data collection, chain of custody, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex forensic examinations for NCIS cases and document artifacts.
• Testify in court as SME on forensic procedures.
• Collaborate with NCIS divisions and NCIS HQ analysts.
• Analyze network security logs, IDS/IPS, and packet captures.
• Conduct forensic extraction and analysis from seized digital media.
• Configure and maintain network-based forensic tools and monitoring technologies.
