CACI has an exciting job opportunity for a Digital Forensics Systems Engineer located at Ft. Bragg, NC in beautiful Fayetteville, North Carolina. We invite you to join our Forensics Team at Ft. Bragg, N.C., home of the Airborne and Special Forces. As part of our forensics team, you will provide direct support to Special Operations and have a direct impact on current and future operations. Relocation is available to out-of-state candidates.
The successful candidate will serve as the Digital Forensics Examiner in the collection and processing of Collected Exploitable Material (CEM), ensuring triage and technical exploitation occurs in accordance with organizational intelligence requirements. The Examiner will work independently in isolated environments, respond to technical requirements regarding computer, mobile device, and biometric forensic exploitation, generate reports, and respond to analytical requirements. The Examiner will coordinate, manage, and synchronize technical exploitation operations to ensure effectiveness, conduct data acquisition of a wide variety of multimedia devices—computers, hard drives, thumb drives, SD cards, GPS, CD/DVD, DVR, mobile devices, and unmanned aerial vehicles—in a forensically sound manner. The Examiner must provide timely and accurate information to meet intelligence requirements and report on data recovered from CEM.
