Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a cleared Digital Forensic Examiner to conduct forensic examinations and preserve digital evidence. You will analyze devices, leverage industry tools, and contribute to investigations and intelligence operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will document findings in technical reports and support leadership with forensic methodologies and recommendations, using standard office tools to deliver concise products for mission execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Digital Forensics and/or Electronic Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic examinations involving collection, processing, analysis, interpretation, and preservation of digital evidence.
• Examine digital devices and media to support network vulnerability mitigation and investigative requirements.
• Utilize forensic tools such as Cellebrite, EnCase, Axiom, XRY, FTK, and X-Ways to perform examinations and extract evidence.
• Analyze large data sets to identify relevant findings, artifacts, and investigative leads.
• Document forensic processes, findings, and conclusions in technical reports and case documentation.
• Support technical discussions and provide input on forensic findings, methodologies, and recommendations.
• Prepare products and communications using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Support management of DNA lab personnel and procedures as required.
