Longo Lexus, part of the Penske Motor Group, is seeking a Sales, Digital, Fleet & Marketing Manager to oversee digital lead management and internet-based sales strategy at our CA dealership. The role focuses on guest retention, profitability, and aligning CRM and follow-up with Lexus brand goals.

Compensation includes base salary of $72,000 plus uncapped commissions and production bonuses, with an on-site 100% work arrangement and strong growth opportunities within the Penske network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ automotive sales experience, including digital sales.
• Strong communication and team training/coaching skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid sales driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience with Lexus or luxury automotive brands preferred.
• Knowledge of dealership financial statements and basic math concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital lead handling from first contact through close.
• Monitor internet lead response rate and ensure proper follow-up procedures.
• Maintain CRM reporting and data accuracy; partner with CRM tools.
• Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and expenses.
• Lead, train, and coach digital sales representatives.
