U.S. Bank invites applications for a Relationship Banker position in Utah's Payson area. The role centers on building trust-based relationships with customers, educating them on deposit and loan options, and guiding them through digital and in-branch channels to meet financial goals.

You’ll open accounts, process requests, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver precise service while leveraging digital tools to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
• Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset
• Demonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer’s needs both reactively and proactively
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through multiple channels to provide best possible counsel.

• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
