Citi is seeking a Teller in Bronx, NY to streamline branch operations and promote Citi digital channels, enhancing customer experience. You will assist Digital Branch clients, handle inquiries, and direct customers to optimal channels while maintaining high service standards.

This full-time role emphasizes risk awareness, compliance, and delivering exceptional client service, with Citi's broad benefits and career opportunities.

Competenze

• 1 year of relevant experience with knowledge of sales strategies and financial products.
• Experience and knowledge in banking, financial and credit services.
• Excellent management of digital and technological media, applications and systems such as iOS and Android.
• Handling tools (smart / smart phones) and Citi systems for internal staff.

Mansioni

• Advises the Digital Branch clients, by using the digital tools within the branch.
• Solve clients’ questions/concerns and direct them to the best channel they have to achieve the solution.
• Provides an easy communication channel and interaction with clients
• Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
