Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring a Client Relationship Consultant to build strong client relationships across multiple channels in Oregon, including Astoria, Cannon Beach, and Seaside locations.

You will guide customers through deposit and loan products, educate them on digital services, and open accounts while partnering with branch teams to deliver exceptional service. The role requires a high school diploma and retail banking experience, with NMLS registration requirements and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 3–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Or more depending on level and experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engages clients via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking guidance.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
