Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Senior Digital Modernization Specialist to support mission-critical modernization efforts across the defense enterprise. You will guide digital transformation by aligning mission needs, technology strategy, governance, and organizational adoption.
This role requires strong analytical, strategic, and client-facing skills to assess current-state environments, define future-state goals, and implement digital initiatives in DoD contexts with senior stakeholders across DoD
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT modernization, strategic transformation, or technology consulting in federal or defense environments.
- Experience briefing senior stakeholders and communicating across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of DoD, DoD CIO, OSD, and OSD CIO organizations and priorities.
- TS/SCI clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives aligned to defense mission priorities.
- Analyze current-state environments and help define future-state operating models and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with DoD, DoD CIO, OSD, and OSW CIO to align with enterprise objectives and policy direction.
- Develop strategic recommendations related to IT modernization, digital operations, and data-driven decision-making.
- Translate complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Contribute to communications, briefings, and implementation planning.
