Responsibilities

• Understand needs and translate into practical digital solutions.
• Support websites, CMS, and e-commerce experiences.
• Assist AI-assisted search initiatives and performance measurement.
• Work with APIs and data feeds to enable integrations.
• Develop prototypes, wireframes, and interactive demos.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve UX and processes.
• Collaborate with external partners to plan and implement solutions.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base.
