Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or related role.
• Experience with agile product development teams required. Healthcare/payor/insurance experience preferred.
• Strong ability to translate business and clinical needs into product requirements, manage competing priorities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Must have demonstrated ability to manage multiple products and/or scrum teams.
• Experience with SCRUM and/or Scaled Agile development methodologies.
• Expertise in defining and prioritizing business requirements and validating product capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and understand downstream implications.

Responsibilities

The DX Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering digital healthcare products that improve customer experience, clinical workflows, and business outcomes. This role owns the product roadmap and backlog, serves as the primary bridge between business, clinical, and technology stakeholders, and ensures product solutions deliver measurable value while aligning with organizational strategy and healthcare regulatory requirements.

• Define/maintain product roadmap aligned to strategy and customer needs; translates priorities into product initiatives and delivery plans.
• Own/prioritize backlog to maximize value; writes requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering/delivery teams through agile ceremonies to guide development and support successful releases; ensures quality/usability (and current compliance expectations).

QUALIFICATIONS
