Job summary

Moon Rabbit is seeking a Digital Producer to join our Digital Production team in New York. You will partner with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality digital assets across websites, emails, and digital sales tools.

You will QA deliverables, manage CMS updates, and translate content into production-ready emails with Stripo, while ensuring SEO and accessibility best practices are followed. This role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and executional excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital production, digital marketing, or similar in an agency or fast-paced setting.
• Ability to learn new platforms and adapt to client-specific systems quickly.
• Strong knowledge of digital ecosystems including websites, CMS, CRM/email systems, and marketing tech.
• Experience QAing deliverables across web, email, Veeva, and media with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with email best practices and CAN‑SPAM compliance.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and accessible content structure.
• Basic HTML/CSS awareness and front-end concepts.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of each client's digital ecosystem and platforms.
• Support execution of digital deliverables with internal teams and clients.
• QA websites, emails, VAE, and campaigns for accuracy, functionality, and compliance.
• Differentiate between email types and ensure correct execution for each.
• Support website content updates in CMS and manage metadata, alt text, headers, and Open Graph tags.
• Build and maintain email campaigns using Stripo without manual HTML coding.
• Ensure website discoverability with XML sitemaps and Google Search Console coordination.
• Collaborate with development teams, review builds, and identify issues before launch.
• Maintain knowledge of analytics (e.g., GTM) and coordinate with analytics teams as needed.
• Identify risks and gaps, proposing proactive solutions and escalation when necessary.
• Foster strong client and partner relationships to ensure quality digital execution.
