You will build trusted partnerships with leaders, associates, vendors, and business partners, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in financial services, operations, customer service, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to evaluate information, recognize patterns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and maintaining progress toward shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Bring people, processes, technology, and insights together to advance Digital Experience priorities.
• Work across teams to strengthen the experiences of financial professionals and associates.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that influence experiences and service delivery.
• Gather and analyze feedback, trends, and data to identify actionable improvements.
• Explore automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to drive momentum.
