Job summary

Insperity is seeking a skilled communications analyst to drive knowledge sharing and digital communications across the Sales organization. You will analyze platform usage, create training materials and ensure content quality to boost employee productivity and engagement.

You will collaborate with product, content owners and vendors to optimize digital experiences, develop governance, and support key initiatives and events within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in digital communications, analytics or related field.
• Experience with digital platforms, content management systems or communication tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Sales Communications technologies and tools.
• Analyzes platform usage, content effectiveness and user engagement to identify trends and improvements.
• Evaluates tools and platforms for various projects and initiatives as needed.
• Develops training materials and trains end-users and content owners.
• Defines report requirements and analyzes feature performance to drive improvements.
• Identifies new data sources to enrich analyses.
• Conducts strategy meetings with business and vendor teams to review requirements and close gaps.
• Delivers on-time, high-quality content and communications in line with standards.
• Documents processes to optimize digital experience and QA audits of content on knowledge platforms.
• Manages multimedia communications for distribution to sales channels.
• Provides support for initiatives and events including conferences and campaigns.
• Partners with Product Manager to support documentation, processes and roadmaps.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
