Job summary

Inspira is seeking a Content & Digital Experience Knowledge Manager to own the strategy, governance, and day-to-day execution of knowledge content powering our customer experience across Intercom Knowledge Hub, NICE CXone Expert, and Guru.

You will draft and maintain articles, manage SME and compliance review cycles, and run the knowledge platform sync process, partnering with the AI Bot Optimization Specialist and Application Lead to ensure content quality and platform integrity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge content strategy across multiple platforms.
• Governance standards for content taxonomy and style.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and publish knowledge base articles ensuring accuracy and consistent tone.
• Manage SME and compliance review cycles and publish accordingly.
• Run weekly syncs across Guru and Intercom Knowledge Hub and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with AI Bot Optimization Specialist and Application Lead to maintain platform integrity.
• Support transition to a dedicated Content Specialist as workload grows.
• Monitor article performance metrics and inform content roadmap.
