Everest Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute engaging virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences. You will coordinate event logistics, manage timelines, and support promotional activities to drive B2B growth.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up digital and live events.
• Webinar or live event platform experience.
• Comfortable using multiple online platforms for live streaming and digital content.
• Experience editing websites using CMS systems such as WordPress.
• Ability to use data and performance insights to identify opportunities and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital events end to end and support in-person events.
• Serve as primary contact for event speakers, coordinating slides and follow-ups.
• Project manage events across teams and regions with clear roles and timelines.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event activities with Content Marketing and Visual Arts.
• Maintain detailed work plans and updates in the project management system.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Edit promotional content to improve response and engagement.
• Stay updated on digital, social, and search platform changes.
