Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, PM, public administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience or delivery-focused role.
• Experience in public sector, nonprofit, housing, or grant-funded projects preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and vendor managed IT services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple IT projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT staff, vendors, and partners.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and budget with regular status updates.
• Support change management, training, and transition to operations.
• Advise on digital inclusion initiatives and community partnerships.
