Job summary

Wingbrace Development seeks an experienced Program Manager for its Digital Engineering team in Albuquerque, NM. You will lead a growing team delivering digital infrastructure and knowledge management, while coordinating with government stakeholders to achieve mission outcomes.

You will guide project delivery, manage finances and subcontractors, and help shape future opportunities through RFI/RFP responses and business development collaboration.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
• 3+ years of leadership and program management in DoD.
• Experience with acquisitions and contract management in DoD or government programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile Software Capability Development, Systems/Digital Engineering, and delivery dependencies for Wingbrace commitments.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to define needs and deliver mission outcomes.
• Manage program scope, staffing, finances, vendors, and monthly reporting.
• Lead responses to RFIs/RFPs with the business development team.
