Job summary

OpenTalent is seeking a Digital Engineering Integration Engineer to help a national defense client adopt digital engineering practices. You will define and stand up a digital engineering ecosystem, lead a small team, and provide expert MBSE guidance to connect data across disciplines and improve organizational capacity.

Your role includes advising on processes and tools, collaborating with senior leaders, and driving transformational digital engineering changes for mission success.

Qualifications

• MBSE practices and MBSE methods
• Experience defining digital engineering ecosystems
• Knowledge of defense acquisition processes
• Understanding of product configuration and data management
• Knowledge of digital threads and data integration across disciplines
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences
• Ability to lead small teams and manage client relations
• Secret security clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Lead and define the digital engineering ecosystem and related tools, processes and procedures.
