Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Digital Engineer to support the FLRAA PMO, driving digital engineering strategy, governance, and collaboration with government, OEMs, and Army aviation stakeholders.

The role emphasizes translating needs into actionable requirements, coordinating across organizations, and applying model-based engineering practices while supporting cybersecurity and data traceability.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience coordinating across government, contractors, OEMs, and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with configuration management and data traceability.
• Ability to analyze program, technical, cost, and schedule data.
• Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform product owner duties in support of FLRAA digital engineering efforts.
• Lead OEM digital engineering activities, including sprint planning and prioritization.
• Translate program priorities into actionable digital engineering tasks and initiatives.
• Collaborate with program teams to support digital engineering objectives.
• Support model-based engineering activities across the FLRAA program.
• Apply configuration management to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate with higher-level headquarters as required.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and oversee digital engineering tasks and activities.
• Facilitate communication among PM FLRAA personnel, Army stakeholders, OEMs, and external partners.
• Monitor earned value management budget and schedule information to support decisions.
• Analyze digital engineering data to inform program decisions.
• Develop user guides and training materials for digital engineering tools.
