ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)

The Commercial Credit Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end client and employee experience, focusing on digital platforms supporting Key's Commercial Clients. This role involves partnering with various stakeholders to develop a credit product roadmap, support loan conversions, and monitor operational performance, ensuring risk and control environments are maintained and improved.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Collaborate with technology and operations teams to enhance platform capabilities and implement scalable procedures.
2. Lead, influence, and align teams within a matrixed organization without direct managerial responsibility.
3. Work with internal and external partners to drive product development, roadmap alignment, and project execution.
4. Manage and contribute to small teams to execute deliverables effectively.
5. Conduct business performance analysis, track initiatives, and report findings to leadership.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services product management.
• Experience with commercial credit products or completed credit training.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Base salary ranges from $X to $150,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Additional incentives include short-term and deferred incentives based on performance. Benefits details are available upon request.
