Marc Fisher Footwear seeks a Digital Designer to partner with Senior Digital Design leadership and Art Directors to craft elevated digital experiences for multiple brands. You will own concept through delivery for ecommerce, marketing assets, and social content, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.

The role emphasizes UX/UI, responsive design, and collaboration across Creative, Ecommerce, Marketing, and production teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of digital design experience in fashion, retail, ecommerce, or consumer brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field preferred.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong proficiency in Figma, including layouts and components.
• Experience creating motion/video assets with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, responsive design, UX/UI, and accessibility.

Responsabilités

• Design and produce digital creative across ecommerce, email marketing, paid and organic social, wholesale, and performance channels.
• Lead UX/UI design for projects, develop concepts, present solutions, and communicate design rationale.
• Create responsive digital experiences across devices, maintain consistency with design systems and templates.
• Prepare production-ready assets, manage variations, and support image selection and post-production needs.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance ideation, exploration, and production efficiency while retaining brand quality.
