Job summary

World Market, LLC is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to craft engaging, customer‑centered digital experiences for our e‑commerce site, including the Home Page, category gateways, and seasonal campaigns. You will translate brand direction and UX requirements into polished UI across devices, collaborating with design, marketing, and development teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in retail/e‑commerce digital design, strong Figma skills, and proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Page

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional digital design experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or a consumer-focused brand.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional digital design, visual storytelling, and UI design skills.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Page Designer, including a strong understanding of platform capabilities, components, and limitations.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, with strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital experiences across World Market e‑commerce site, including Home Page, Category and Seasonal Gateway pages, Inspiration sections, and promotional assets.
• Translate creative direction, brand guidelines, UX requirements, and business objectives into engaging, customer‑focused designs.
• Design within Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Page Designer, leveraging components and templates while understanding platform constraints.
• Create production‑ready assets, including high‑quality Figma comps, mobile‑first layouts, image crops, specs, and developer handoffs.
• Collaborate with UX and development teams to ensure intuitive, functional designs across devices.
