General Summary:

Seeking a talented Digital Designer to support email and mobile marketing initiatives. This role collaborates cross-functionally with design, ecommerce, editorial, and marketing teams to produce high-quality digital assets. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong skills in typography, layout, and visual consistency. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling email and mobile marketing assets
• Ensure consistent application of brand style guides and visual identity
• Create promotional, triggered, transactional, loyalty, and grand opening email assets within existing templates
• Collaborate with cross-functional digital teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
• Provide final assets and clear direction to email developers
• Own projects from concept through delivery, including design, messaging, testing, and QA
• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Stay adaptable and responsive to changing business needs

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in digital design for marketing and/or advertising
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field
• Strong design portfolio showcasing attention to detail, creative problem solving, and strong typography/layout hierarchy
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch (3+ years)
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML/CSS
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform (3+ years)
• Bonus: Experience with After Effects or Amplience
• Bonus: Background in retail or e-commerce environments
