We're looking for a creative and strategic Digital Media Designer to elevate our brand! In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, producing, and managing a variety of digital marketing media, from landing pages to social media ads. You'll play a key part in guiding projects from start to finish, ensuring every design reflects our brand and meets our high standards. If you're skilled at transforming complex concepts into engaging visual experiences and enjoy collaborative problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Design, produce, and manage a wide range of digital marketing media, including landing pages, email templates, and social media ads.
• Execute and guide projects from conception to rollout, ensuring an appropriate design strategy is in place.
• Collaborate closely with the digital solutions group and marketing managers to ensure all designs align with brand and marketing objectives, while also meeting usability and website standards.
• Influence and guide our digital marketing strategy through the visual experience and digital brand.
• Transform complex concepts into intuitive, high-performing digital marketing materials.
• Present design ideas, concepts, and prototypes to marketing managers, collaborating to achieve project goals.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in digital design or a related field (UX, UI, web design, visual design, graphic design, etc.).
• OR 10+ years of equivalent work-related experience.
  
  
  

Must Have:

• Scriptwriting: Experience in writing engaging scripts for video content, with an understanding of how to convey messages effectively through text and visuals.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in industry-standard software such as: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (or similar).
