Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent experience in engineering/architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of related industry experience as BIM lead or designer.
• Advanced skill in 3D design software and document management systems.
• Strong coordination and communication across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discipline BIM model and generate BIM elements per DDP and project scope.
• Create and maintain the discipline model, systems, content, and digital delivery output.
• Utilize 3D software to produce detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams.
• Coordinate design with other discipline models through reviews and 3D coordination.
• Monitor and maintain model health and company standards.
• Prepare disciplined documentation with accurate annotations.
