National Grid is seeking a Digital Product Owner for DERMS in a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA (or Brooklyn/Syracuse NY). You will lead the product strategy for the DERMS portfolio, collaborating with NY/NE stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining the backlog, defining business impact, and refining the product vision and roadmap while leveraging data to guide prioritization and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to digital delivery or energy systems.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving change.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
• Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and align product vision and strategy with stakeholders.

• Maintain backlog with user stories, enablers, and defects.
• Define and measure business impact and report performance metrics.
• Foster feedback loops to validate solution value.
• Refine product vision, roadmap, strategy and design continually.
