Job summary

Dentsply Sirona is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist – Technology to deliver in-person clinical education, training, and implementation support for customers and internal teams. This field-based role emphasizes adoption of imaging and digital workflows, with extensive travel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in digital dentistry, experience delivering hands-on training, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Travel up to ~75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical/dental industry experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage field schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person clinical education, training, and implementation support at customer sites (up to 75% travel).
• Train clinicians on digital dentistry workflows, including CBCT imaging, intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM, and chairside restorative solutions.
• Provide clinical and workflow support to customers, internal teams, and partners; act as a trusted resource.
