• Project Delivery Leadership: Define and lead project delivery strategies, standards, and workflows across projects and disciplines.
• Resource Planning & Operational Management: Develop and manage project delivery workplans, staffing assignments, and resource allocation strategies.
• Technology & Process Innovation: Lead initiatives that improve project delivery workflows, standards, technology utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Collaboration & Business Partnership: Collaborate with project teams, practice leaders, Digital Practice Group leadership, and IT to develop and implement project delivery solutions.
