Qualifications

• Six+ years managing complex digital technology projects using Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams of developers, designers, strategists, and client stakeholders.
• Strong client partnership skills with an account-service mindset and the confidence to advocate for both clients and internal teams.
• Experience managing multiple website or digital projects with budgets over $100,000.
• Familiarity with enterprise CMS/DXP platforms (Sitecore, Kentico, WordPress or similar).
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence; ability to plan sprints and coordinate resources.

Responsibilities

• Establish work plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery timelines for complex digital initiatives.
• Coordinate designers, developers, strategists, content teams, and client stakeholders through full lifecycle.
• Lead client and internal meetings; communicate status, milestones, risks, budgets, and priorities.
• Present estimates, timelines, and resource plans with internal subject matter experts.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing shared resources across projects.
• Partner with clients as a trusted advisor while balancing internal delivery priorities.
• Support new business by contributing planning, estimates, and timelines for RFPs.
