Overview

Define HGA's digital project delivery strategies and practice embedded roadmap. As part of the Digital Practice Group, the Strategic Projects Delivery Manager partners with practice leaders, project teams, external consultants, vendors, and technology leadership to enhance project outcomes through effective use of BIM, design technology, data, and digital delivery processes. This role provides leadership for project delivery standards, technology implementation, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives and leads a team of project delivery professionals while serving as a trusted advisor to project teams, helping drive consistency, innovation, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery Leadership: Define and lead project delivery strategies, standards, and workflows across projects and disciplines. Partner with project teams to optimize project delivery processes, technology utilization, and project outcomes. Provide guidance and oversight for complex project delivery challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource Planning & Operational Management: Develop and manage project delivery workplans, staffing assignments, and resource allocation strategies. Influence resource needs and coordinate internal and external resources to support project and business objectives. Ensure effective operational execution through workload management, prioritization, and service delivery oversight.
• Technology & Process Innovation: Lead initiatives that improve project delivery workflows, standards, technology utilization, and operational efficiency. Research emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance project delivery capabilities. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the project delivery team.
• Collaboration & Business Partnership: Collaborate with project teams, practice leaders, Digital Practice Group leadership, and IT to develop and implement project delivery solutions. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
