Job summary

Arup is seeking a Digital Design Delivery Leader in Seattle to guide digital delivery on large infrastructure programs. You will collaborate with project leadership, digital, GIS, and BIM experts to ensure integrated design delivery across disciplines and geographies.

You will lead high-performing teams, establish digital strategies, and drive innovation through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. This role emphasizes client liaison and ongoing improvement of delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital delivery on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with BIM, CDE, and information management workflows.
• Excellent communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital delivery teams across multiple projects.
• Coach project leaders in digital delivery practices.
• Act as Digital Delivery Lead for major programs.
• Develop digital execution strategies aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate with directors, designers, and construction partners.
• Oversee digital governance, planning and performance monitoring.
• Manage digital budgets and staffing plans for projects.
• Promote adoption of digital delivery standards and best practices.
• Advise clients on BIM, data strategy, and automation.
• Support pursuit teams with technical proposals.
