Actalent is seeking a BIM/VDC Digital Delivery Lead to drive digital strategies, oversee BIM and VDC processes on complex projects, and mentor design staff. You’ll partner with project managers and leadership to align workflows with project goals and establish BIM standards across the organization.

You will guide model management, coordinate across disciplines, and lead digital delivery initiatives, influencing the future of how projects are designed and delivered.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
• 5+ years of BIM authoring and digital design experience.
• 5+ years of BIM, VDC, or digital delivery leadership experience.

• Advanced knowledge of digital project delivery processes and BIM standards.

Responsabilités

Your Impact

As the Digital Delivery Lead, you’ll be responsible for more than model management.

You’ll help project teams work smarter, coordinate more effectively, and deliver higher-quality projects through innovative digital solutions and BIM leadership.

You’ll become the bridge between technology, design teams, and project execution.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Digital Strategy

• Lead BIM and VDC execution across multiple projects and disciplines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Digital Delivery Plans (DDPs).
• Serve as the primary digital delivery resource for project teams.
• Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure digital workflows align with project goals.
• Help establish and maintain company BIM standards and best practices.

BIM & Model Management

• Oversee project model setup, organization, and digital infrastructure.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
