Job summary
Henderson Engineers is seeking a Digital Delivery Specialist to execute and advance digital delivery services across projects. You’ll own DDS tools, automation, and solution development while collaborating with project teams to improve quality and efficiency.
The role blends technical execution with leadership responsibilities, supporting onboarding and training, and applying DDS standards across multiple projects. A strong background in BIM and digital workflows is required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in BIM, Digital Delivery, Design Technology, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience developing tools, automations, or workflow solutions.
- Strong understanding of project delivery environments and coordination workflows.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication for collaboration across diverse teams.

- Execute advanced Digital Delivery tasks across active projects.
