Shift Digital is seeking an Automotive Digital Field Consultant to support North American dealerships in optimizing their sales processes through SEO/SEM, reputation management, UX improvements, and digital retailing strategies.

The role involves frequent travel in the Pacific Northwest, working with dealership leadership to implement CRM configurations, reporting, and business-model enhancements that drive measurable sales performance.

Responsabilités

• Consult with OEM and dealership personnel to identify sales process improvements.
• Deliver presentations and recaps with defined actions for OEM and dealership staff.
• Train and support regional teams on reporting tools and digital sales best practices.
• Promote adoption of existing retailer technologies and process improvements.
