What We Can Achieve Together
The Data Systems Analyst will focus on enabling and maintaining marketing data flow across enterprise systems.

The role involves implementing, maintaining, and assuring the quality of marketing data related to our eCRM, CRM, websites, and tracking pixels. Responsibilities include writing requirements for CMS and eCRM releases, coordinating with IT and Marketing Technology teams, updating marketing pixels in our tag management system, and assisting analysts with data connector APIs.

As The Data Systems Analyst, You Will

  1. Perform quality assurance testing on enterprise applications such as eCRM, CMS, tag management, and web analytics platforms.
  2. Develop solutions for data needs, including web analytics code development, implementation, and maintenance.
  3. Implement data connector/ingestion APIs.
  4. Maintain documentation to support marketing data needs.
  5. Manage and optimize the enterprise tag management system, including configuring data layers and marketing pixels.
  6. Respond to analytics-related questions from the Digital Marketing Request Portal promptly.
  7. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to define and implement analytics requirements, ensure data accuracy, and prioritize within agile workflows.
  8. Occasional travel may be required.
  9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, regular expressions, and web protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and a desire to improve.
  • Effective teamwork skills.
  • Experience with technical specifications and application design understanding.
  • Experience with data pipeline development and API integrations using modern languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js).
  • Experience with release management, IT operations, and infrastructure teams.
  • Proficiency with debugging applications.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with website tag management systems and server-side tagging.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Familiarity with how enterprise systems connect and transfer data.
  • Multilingual skills and cross-cultural experience are a plus.

SALARY INFORMATION
The starting salary range is approximately $58,820 – $88,145 annually for US-based candidates. Actual pay depends on location, qualifications, skills, and experience. For other countries, pay ranges will be adjusted accordingly. Your location will be confirmed during hiring.
