As a CSM – CA Senior Programmer, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, implementing change and improving processes at a growing tech company.

GENERAL OVERVIEW

This role involves client service delivery for state and Metrc initiatives, collaborating with developers, product owners, and data teams to interpret requirements and manage data outputs, documentation, and client operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead outreach and manage local cannabis industry clients in California
  • Maintain client relationships through regular updates and understanding of Metrc and state regulations
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support client requests
  • Assist with state-specific documentation and processes
  • Participate as a Metrc subject matter expert in events
  • Support quality assurance and data management efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 18 months in a development or configuration environment with agile processes
  • At least 12 months managing activities related to SaaS solutions
  • At least 24 months delivering software customizations, updates, or reports
  • Ability to translate business needs into data insights
  • Experience analyzing data to meet business and technical requirements
  • Experience delivering mission-critical services
  • Preferred: Experience with government projects and regulated cannabis industry
  • Open to candidates within California

TRAVEL

This role may require up to 50% travel, including events, on-site meetings, and team gatherings.
