Digital Room LLC in Solon, OH is hiring a Digital Cutter Operator II for all shifts. You will set up, operate, and maintain laser cutting equipment to produce labels and related products.

This full-time, salaried position offers first to third shift options, competitive pay, and benefits. Requires high school diploma, attention to detail, and ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs; prior laser cutting experience preferred.

Digital Cutter Operator II

Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.00 Annually

We are currently recruiting for (3)Digital Operators to join the team - one for each shift. The Digital Cutter Operator II is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality labels and related products.

SHIFTS:

• 1st Shift - 5:45am - 2:15 pm - Monday to Friday
• 2nd Shift - 1:45pm - 10:15pm - Monday to Friday
• 3rd Shift - 9:45pm - 6:15am - Sunday to Thursday

Key Responsibilities

• Operator and monitor laser cutting machines to cut, engrave or mark materials.
• Set up machines, load materials, and adjust settings based on job requirements.
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and production schedules.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Accurately document production output and report issues to supervision.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
• Experience with industrial laser cutting equipment preferred.
• Laser cutting, CNC, or manufacturing machine experience preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or print production environments

Working conditions

• Manufacturing and production setting .
• Warehouse light manufacturing environment.
• Temperature may vary. Suggested appropriate clothing for individual comfort.
• Exposure to machinery and moderate noise level .
• Use of required PPE.

Physical requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (50% of time).
• Able to stand for 8 hours.
• Walking and moving around work area (50% of the time).
