Digital Room LLC is seeking a Cutter Machine Operator in Arlington, TX. The role requires operating cutting machinery with 1+ year of experience and the ability to follow precise cutting programs. You will monitor speeds, adjust settings, and ensure safety and quality throughout each shift.

The position offers first shift hours (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM), a full-time schedule, and opportunities for overtime based on business needs. Competitive hourly pay ranges with benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience using Polar or Heidelberg cutting machines.
• Ability to measure and count accurately.
• Knowledge of cutting programs on machine.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers.
• Ability to safely use hand/power tools.
• Ability to multi task with changing priorities.
• Ability to recognize safety issues & corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Access IMS program to determine priority jobs and set workload for the day.
• Place printed jobs on jogger to align and weigh according to job specifications.
• Align prepared batch inside cutter to select cutting program to follow.
• Follow cutting program cutting from biggest measurement to smallest measurement.
• Monitor assigned machine during each cut to ensure adherence to specifications and make adjustments as needed to maintain specifications and operating speed.
• Troubleshoot machine problems, resolve if possible, notifying Bindery Supervisor/Plant Management.
• Replace worn cutting blades with hand tools when required.
• Keep accurate press sheet information in Log Books with dates and counts.
• Record production and operational data, such as amount of materials processed.
• Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and work station are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

We are actively hiring for the positions of Cutter Machine Operator for our plant in Arlignton , TX.

Shifts
