• Work closely with Product, UX, Support, Marketing, and Sales to build in-product guides and messaging that support the full customer lifecycle.
• Write clean JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create custom Pendo guide layouts, interactive UI elements, and dynamic targeting logic.
• Manage messaging projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, reporting on guide success, and making data-driven recommendations.
